Fellowship Groups
By definition, fellowship means, 'the companionship of individuals in a congenial atmosphere and on equal terms'.
Each of the fellowship groups try to match this meaning precisely. Please feel free to take part in any these groups.
Potluck Suppers
On the last Saturday of each month, a potluck supper (or fellowship dinner) will be hosted by a member of the parish. If you'd like to take part, you just need to sign up at the church and indicate what potluck dish you'll bring. If you'd like to host the supper, you don't need to bring a dish...the welcoming comfort of your home is more than enough!
top...Prayer Shawl
This group knits and crochets prayer shawls, which are available to parishioners to give to people who would enjoy receiving one. ("This shawl was made just for you. To bring comfort, to know you are loved, to share in our joy. This shawl is to wrap you up when you're cold, when you're hurting, when you need to snuggle. This Shawl was knitted or crocheted with blessings, with love, with prayers.") While being constructed, the recipient is prayed for and when they are completed, they are blessed by our Priest.
Meetings are the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 1pm and the 4th Tuesday of the month at 7pm. All meetings are at the church. Contact Sharon (932.7485) or Joan (208.6668) if you'd like more info.

The purpose of this group is to create an atmosphere of intimacy within our growing community and to offer women within our parish a safe place to share aspects of their Christian journey.
The women share a potluck meal. As they sit around the table, they discuss current issues in their lives, the community and look at how they see Christ in these things. The hope is to engender a spirit of trust, compassion and freedom with each other as they explore their individual spiritual journeys and share together in conversation and prayer.
Women Together meet on the 2nd Friday of the month.

If you enjoy drinking coffee, tea, or hot chocolate while chatting with friends, you’ll like this group!
We meet at 10:30am every 2nd week, alternating Mondays and Tuesday (don’t worry...dates are listed weekly in the Sunday bulletin!). We gather at Guy’s Café Bakery and discuss a wide variety of topics ranging from our families and pets, to the latest current events, politics and sports. We’ve even been know to analyze a sermon or two!
It is a great fellowship time or a quick morning stop in the midst of your regular busy day. We also like to get together for a special potluck lunch at Christmas.
If you are new to us, and wish to join, just show up! We are sometimes just a few and sometimes many. We are informal and look forward to welcoming new faces as well as old friends.
