Each year we have a quiet day in our parish. That is a day (usually a Saturday) devoted to prayer and reflection. This year will be no different in that respect. We will have a quiet day led by Father Greg via zoom on Saturday, February 13. Rather than half the day, we will meet from 10:30am to noon.
Since the last Sunday before lent is the Transfiguration, this will be our theme. There will be time to reflect and pray.
You are invited! Feel free to invite your friends as well. The Zoom link available in the weekly newsletter, or from the Church Office.
Tuesdays to Fridays, 8:30 - 11:30 am
Creator, you made all people of every land. In the spirit of respect and truth, we honour the ancestral Treaty 7 territory of the Blackfoot Confederacy, including the Siksika, Kainai and Piikani Nations, the Stoney Nakoda, including the Chiniki, Bearspaw and Wesley Nations, and the Tsuu T'ina Nation. We acknowledge the Metis Nation of Alberta, Region Three.
In the spirit of reconciliation and because we are all treaty people, we also acknowledge all people who make their homes in the traditional Treaty 7 territory of southern Alberta.
